BMW 2035
Overview
The Automotive 2035 project involved redesigning the future brand of BMW by designing iterations of the Heads-Up Display (HUD) interface and human-centered interaction of a vehicle using emotion tracking, AI assistant and augmented reality. The goal was to envision the future possibility of driving experience with the help of AI assistant, mixed reality, and other emerging technologies.
Problem Statement
This project targeted Gen-Z drivers and wanted to make sure that it was the ultimate driving experience and whenever they drove a BMW car it was surely a unique icon on the road. The vision of this project was to become the ultimate icon on the road. With the seemingly more cookie cutters EV's on the road these days, the goal was to maintain the ethos of the BMW brand and push it further to stand out from the rest.
Brand concept
The imagination of future interaction concepts can have expressive, friendly, collaborative, and immersive interactions as well as providing insightful, supportive, and explorative driving experiences.
The potential interfaces that facilitate unique interactions are AI assistant, voice assistant, gesture / facial recognition to provide a more seamless, supportive, and personalized driving experience.
